1. Why update BTC wallet suddenly?

For better safety & performance, we decided to update it.

2. Any influence on BTC withdrawal after the update?

There's no influence on withdrawal.

3. How will it be if I make a deposit during the maintenance period?

It will reflect after the maintenance finish.

If the deposit is going to the old address, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Any influence if I have ETH, LTC or BCH in my account?

We only update BTC's wallet this time. As the wallets are different, there’s no influence.

| Old address

1. What will happen to the old wallet & address?

We’ll keep the backup & maintenance of old wallet for sometime, then stop deposit. 

Old wallet & address will be unavailable to use, please use the new one.

2.  How will it be if I make a deposit to the old address after update?

As the deposit won’t be reflected automatically any more, please contact us as soon as possible.
According to the situation，it may cost 2-3 business days.

3. Any fee cost when manually processing the reflection of deposit to the old address?

There will be fee paid to the miners. In the blockchain,

Remittance→BTCBOX old address→BTCBOX new address，there're 2 deposit happened,

so fee for miners is also twice.

1. What is changed after the wallet update?

There’s no other change except the address.

2. How much time it will cost when sending cryptocurrency to the new address? the same as current?

Yes, if the deposit is confirmed in the blockchain, it will be reflected into your account automatically, just like current.

3. How to check the new address?

There’ll be a new address if you enter the page of cryptocurrency deposit, you could use it for deposit after update.

4. I input the new address at sender’s side but got error. How to solve it?

There’s little possibility about that error, but if occurs, please contact us.

5.What should I do after new address issued？

6. Any difference between the old & new address?
